Ondo state house of assembly serves indictment notice to Deputy governor, Agboola Ajayi (Pictures)

The emergency between the Ondo state representative, Rotimi Akeredolu, and his delegate, Agboola Ajayi, went in a new direction today July 7 with individuals from the state's Place of Gathering serving a notification of indictment to Mr. Ajayi. 

The reprimand procedures began today with 14 of the 26 individuals marking the arraignment notice and nine of them casting a ballot against the choice. 

As per the notification, the representative senator is being blamed for net wrongdoing, maltreatment of office, money related carelessness, relinquishment of office among different offenses. 

To anyway slow down any arraignment move, the troubled agent senator has moved toward an Abuja High Court looking to stop the denunciation continuing and authorize his basic right of affiliation. Different litigants in the suit were the Overseer General of Police, State Chief Of Police, Division of State Administrations (DSS), and the Speaker of the Get together, Mr. David Oleyeloogun. 

Agboola abandoned from APC to PDP on June 21. There are signs he may be the flagbearer of the PDP In the state governorship political decision booked for October 10.
